2009 Banner raffle

Mare Stare Cares is pleased to present an incredible "one of a kind" creation donated lovingly by Deb "aka debandrich".  She has created a memorial banner displaying the names of those lost on Mare Stare during 2008.  Each name, date and detail is listed in stitches created with care and love in honor of a filly named Scrappy and her owner Jen.

Several friends assisted Deb with this creation.

     Mary,aka Laceystar helped with layout and picked out the top poem.

     Barbw sent me the bottom poem.

     Linda choose the pattern for the "angel horse"...... and cheered Deb on while
     it was being made!

It measures 24"w x 36" height. Rod for hanging included, but owner can use their own if they wish. There is a dowel sewn into the bottom so that it hangs straight. Everything is hand stitched including the border.

This raffle ends July 1, 2009. The drawing will be held live on Mare Stare Cares (http://www.marestarecares.com/raffle.html.) The drawing date will be announced shortly.
