Be a Part of the 2008 Mare Stare Care Crusade!

   There are only a couple of months left before foaling season goes into full swing and we all will have our computer screens filled to capacity with beautiful mares and anxiously awaiting the arrival of their precious foals. 

   Heather has worked very hard to bring her viewers the best in Mare Stare Entertainment, allowing us all to become involved in such a way that we find ourselves feeling as though we are a part of the complete foaling process, being there every step of the way.  It is time to give back to Mare Stare for all the miracles, joy, laughter, tears and heartache we have all felt while watching over these animals and getting to know the farm owners as well as meeting new people and forging new friendships.  We all know, as we witness each foaling, that most will be textbook deliveries while others will unfortunately endure complications and will spend thousands of dollars for urgent vet care for their mares and newborn foals.  So what exactly is the 2008 Mare Stare Care Crusade you ask?

   Quite simply, the 2008 Mare Stare Care Crusade is a means of raising much needed funds for Mare Stare Cares.  Beginning on November 1, 2007 and ending on April 30, 2008, I am urging all members of Mare Stare to donate $1 per month to Mare Stare Cares.  If all 641 members were to donate $1 per month for the 6 month time frame, $3,846 would be raised for Mare Stare Cares.  If even half of the members respond, we would still raise $1923.  If your preference is to send your $6 all at once, please feel free to do so. So little from each member can go a very long way toward helping a farm owner in need, to save a precious newborn foal or care for a mare in need.

   At the end of April, those members who donated their $1 per month for the entire 6 months will be recognized as a 2008 Mare Stare Care Crusader in a way that has not yet been determined.  So lets all give back to Mare Stare for all that it has given to each and every one of us!!!
